The Second Empire style, characterised by its moulded and painted false ceilings and its many mirrors, provides a cosy and welcoming ambience. The brasserie caters to your wishes at all times of the day: breakfast from 7 am, 2 or 3 course lunches, the famous hot chocolate or a scoop of home made ice cream in the afternoon, a cocktail created by our cocktail barman as an aperitif, a traditional or Lyonnais menu for dinner and the entire restaurant menu available until midnight, perfect for after seeing a show. The menu reflects the character of les Négociants, being a compromise between the style of cuisine handed down by the Mères Lyonnaises and the originality of the food combinations created by our Head Chef. The Grand Café des Négociants... a brasserie, an institution and a place to be since 1864.
